Turunç House Kayaköy

Turunç House is located in Kayaköy, an old town of Fethiye district witnessing a history of approximately 5 thousand years and hosting old Greek houses abandoned on its slopes a full century ago. Turunç House serves its guests with seven rooms furnished in four different styles. You will not want to leave Turunç House offering many facilities such as a private design swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, and steam room in its stone building.

Our facility consists of accommodation and a restaurant area. These two are located side by side, separated by a high fence. When a reservation is made through Airbnb, the accommodation area is allocated only to you, our guests. Restaurant customers cannot enter the accommodation area. and they cannot benefit from the opportunities here. However, accommodation guests, that is, guests who make reservations through Airbnb, can enter the restaurant section and receive service from there whenever they wish. Or they can have special menus prepared by contacting the guest relations officer.

If you want to organize an event during your stay such as a celebration, invitation dinner, engagement, wedding, etc. it is very important that you contact us and reach a mutual agreement before the reservation is completed. Since all organizations are detailed works, we can complete your accommodation reservation after clarification in writing.

Tesisimiz konaklama ve restoran alanından oluşmaktadır. Bu ikisi yan yana yüksek çitle birbirinden ayrılmış şekilde bulunmaktadır. Airbnb üzerinden rezervasyon yapıldığında, konaklama alanı sadece siz misafirlerimize tahsis edilir. Restoran müşterileri, konaklama alanına giremez. ve buradaki olanaklardan yararlanamazlar. Ancak konaklama misafirleri yani airbnb den rezervasyon yapan misafirler, diledikleri zaman restoran bölümüne girebilir ve oradan hizmet alabilirler. Yada misafir ilişkileri sorumlusu ile görüşerek, özel menüler hazırlatabilirler. 

Konaklamanız esnasında, tesisimizde herhangi bir ekstra organizasyon, kutlama, davet yemeği, nişan, düğün vb. bir etkinlik yapmak isterseniz. Rezervasyon tamamlanmadan önce mutlaka bizimle iletişime geçerek karsılıklı mutabakat sağlamanız çok önemlidir. Tüm organizasyonlar detaylı işler olduğu için yazılı olarak netleştirildikten sonra konaklama rezervasyonunuzu tamamlayabiliriz.

Once you complete the reservation under this listing, the entire accommodation facility is fully reserved for you. During the reservation period, there is no one in the facility other than the restaurant staff, the gardener, and the owner, who work to keep your accommodation experience at the highest level, and no guests other than you are accepted.

During your stay, the separate kitchen in the main building will be allocated for your use. If you wish, you can have the food and drinks you choose from the rich A La Carte menu of our restaurant located in the side garden served either in the fireplace lounge or by the pool in the accommodation section, for a fee. Breakfast is not included in the accommodation price.

When you want to use the big jacuzzi in the garden, you should inform the facility staff to open it. The jacuzzi does not work by itself 24/7.

While all amenities such as a Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, and hydromassage tub offered by the hotel are free, you can also get a professional spa service (massage, etc.) for an extra fee.

You can also contact us for extra services such as airport transfer, visiting surrounding beaches, or VIP service.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Only the balcony and outdoor areas are allowed.

Please be informed that we will not be able to confirm or process your check-in safely without your ID registration. As a result, it's most likely that you might face severe constraints and disruptions during your stay if you fail to meet this requirement prior to your check-in.

Bu kayıt altında rezervasyonu tamamladığınızda, tüm konaklama tesisi tamamen sizin için rezerve edilir. Rezervasyon süresince konaklama deneyiminizi en üst seviyede tutmak için çalışan restoran personeli, bahçivan ve mekan sahibi dışında tesiste kimse bulunmaz ve sizden başka misafir kabul edilmez. 

Konaklamanız sırasında ana binada bulunan ayrı mutfak kullanımınıza tahsis edilecektir.  Dilerseniz yan bahçede yer alan restoranınımızın zengin A La Carte menüsünden seçeceğiniz yiyecek ve içecekleri ücreti karşılığında ister şömineli salona isterseniz konaklama bölümündeki havuz başına  servis ettirebilirsiniz. Kahvaltı konaklama fiyatına dahil degildir. 

Bahcede bulunan büyük jakuzi yi kullanmak istediğinizde tesis personeline acılması yönünde bilgi vermeniz gerekmektedir. Jakuzi 7/24 kendiliğinden çalışmamaktadır. Talebe göre acılmaktadır. 

Tesisin sunduğu Türk hamamı, sauna, buhar odası, hidromasaj küveti gibi imkanların tamamı ücretsiz olarak hizmetinizde olmakla birlikte, dilerseniz ücretli olarak ta profesyonel Spa hizmeti alabilirsiniz.  

Ayrıca havaalanı, çevre plajları veya VIP servis gibi ekstra hizmetler için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz. 

Odalarda sigara içilmez. Sadece balkon ve açık alanlarda sigara içilebilir.
